In 2008, the ALLIANCE Oil Company, which owns a Khabarovsk oil refinery, launched a major modernization program in order to increase the oil processing capacity of the plant and its general performance as a whole.

The ALLIANCE Group engaged consultants from its long-term partner SHELL, who visited the enterprise in August 2010. The aim of the visit was to analyze key process units of the refinery and make recommendations on how to improve its efficiency given SHELL’s experience in the processing industry.

The talks and presentations attended by the SHELL experts were interpreted consecutively.
